2.1 Account Information

When you register or sign in, we may collect:

• Firebase authentication ID

Sign-in may be done via email/password or Google Sign-In (through Firebase Authentication).

2.2 Location Information

We collect your device location to provide ride services, including:

• Real-time GPS location (pickup and drop-off)
• Saved/recent places
• Driver location during active rides
• Route and navigation data

Location access is required for core app features such as booking rides, finding drivers, and navigation.

2.3 Ride Information

When you request or provide a ride, we collect:

• Pickup and drop-off addresses and coordinates
• Offered and final fare (PKR)
• Ride status (requested, accepted, completed, cancelled, etc.)
• Vehicle type and ride history
• Ratings, reviews, and optional tips

2.4 Driver Information (Drivers Only)

If you register as a driver, we additionally collect:

• Vehicle details (type, model, color, license plate)
• Driving license number and verification documents (photos)
• Online/offline status and trip statistics
• Commission and wallet balance related to rides

2.5 Wallet & Payment Information

For driver commission and wallet features, we may collect:

• Wallet balance and transaction history
• Commission amounts (e.g., 5% per completed ride)
• Easypaisa payment proof screenshots uploaded by drivers
• Payment approval status

We do not store your Easypaisa PIN, bank passwords, or full payment card details inside the app.

2.6 Photos & Files

With your permission, the app may access your camera or photo gallery to:

• Upload profile pictures
• Submit driver license/verification documents
• Upload Easypaisa payment proof for commission settlement

2.7 Communications

We may store:

• In-app chat messages related to rides
• Support/contact messages
• Push notifications and in-app notifications

2.8 Device & Technical Data

We automatically collect limited technical information such as:

• Device type and operating system
• App version
• IP address and general usage logs
• Crash/error logs (via Firebase Analytics, if enabled)

We use collected information to:

• Create and manage user accounts
• Match riders with nearby drivers
• Show maps, routes, and estimated fares
• Process ride bookings, completion, and cancellations
• Calculate and display driver commission in wallet
• Verify driver documents and approve driver accounts
• Send ride updates, alerts, and support responses

• Comply with legal obligations

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers (Supabase and related infrastructure). We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls.

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use the app at your own risk, and we encourage you to keep your login credentials confidential.

6. Data Sharing

We may share your information only when necessary:

• Between riders and drivers: name, phone, location, and ride details during an active trip.
• With admins: for support, fraud prevention, driver verification, and commission review.
• With service providers: Firebase, Supabase, and map/search providers.
• When required by law: court orders, legal requests, or government regulations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to advertisers.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to:

• Provide ride services
• Maintain transaction and commission records
• Resolve disputes and comply with legal requirements

You may:

• Update your profile information in the app
• Disable location permission (note: core ride features will not work)
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your data
