How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your MyRide Lahore account and associated personal data:

1. Sign in to the MyRide Lahore app using your Google account.
2. Go to Profile > Delete Account (if available), or contact our support team using the email address provided below.
3. Submit your account deletion request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, we will permanently delete your account and associated personal information, including:

• Your profile information
• Your email address
• Ride history (where applicable)
• Saved preferences and account settings

Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained for a limited period if required by applicable laws, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations. Any retained data will be securely stored and deleted once the retention period expires.
